HashStrategy is a capital-driven, yield-generating Bitcoin accumulation protocol. All assets held by the protocol, including Bitcoin mining infrastructure and BTC reserves, are collectively owned and governed through the $HS token.

Capital raised through $HS issuance is allocated to the acquisition of Bitcoin mining machines, which generate BTC revenue directly into the protocol treasury. This model creates a self-reinforcing system where productive infrastructure is accumulated and real BTC yield is produced.

Staked token holders and liquidity providers receive a portion of the mined BTC as yield, while the remainder is retained to grow the protocol’s reserves and fund further expansion.

This structure positions $HS as a productive governance asset that reflects participation in a Bitcoin-yielding protocol, with value tied to the performance, expansion, and long-term reserves of the network.
